Texture and composition of emotion, comfort of a well designed mind plan to whatever your definition of success is, goes a long way to provide even in office a defensive or comfort zone.
Just bring up a day to day topic and let's see a different perspective, a different angle. It is a way of seeing things n a different light. People have expressed the potential of the mind in some many ways. I just remember the basics, the most powerful computer is the world is the mind.

Do the eyes control the mind , do the thought or do emotions?
Or does the touch - keep a brain and its reactions always working?
Experts might know this. For me, I have a system. There definitely research and papers and much more from the academic world that was considered and that sometimes helps.

A small idea about the book. It smoothens the impact of daily tasks and my definition of fun. It involves a numerical and symbolic meaning to a network defined as the one before.
Mechanical thought but also defensive. That in my opinion prevents my mind from getting into trouble.
Here I do try not to mix my knowledge about my profession with the books I write for fun and relaxation.
